My name is Danielle and AustMystik is my family run little business.
I created AustMystik in November 2019 because I always wanted to be a mum who can spend as much of the younger years with her children as possible because it is such a precious time we can never get back.
Our Story
AustMystik has grown from one small size candle jar and melts in 13 different fragrances, starting out at Dapto Market Stalls to now offering 55 fragrances, a wide range of products including several size candles, tealights, diffusers, incense, tealight burners, backflow burners and incense holders, along with the option to custom gift package our products and a range of labelling options to transform your candles into sentimental keepsakes that can be cherished for years to come.
AustMystik battled on through two lock-downs, maternity leave with our second boy, complete closing down, for good, of Dapto Markets and a major life change for me where everything had to come to a complete stop, including my business. To say AustMystik has been through a lot is an understatement. But, I am determined to make it work! The next chapter is with this website – which has been a plan in the making for a long time, but it took some good mental butt kicking to finally get it done.
Over the years I have had the privilege of creating some beautifully customised and highly fragranced products for countless people around the country – far and wide. I value each and every interaction and will always do my best to cater for your needs. You will never be just a number in the crowd to me. In a world where customer service is seeming to be lost in so many places, I want to ensure that AustMystik customers are always treated with respect and come away with a positive experience. Quality customer service and products is my number one focus.
I always had an aim to keep prices as low as possible and prior years I did for a long time. However, I realised that keeping my prices so low, my dream couldn’t become a reality of sustaining my family in a long term way and nor could I give back to my customers with regular savings or give back to anyone else and make more of a difference in the world, like I want to. I have adjusted my prices accordingly, taking into account the rise in costs it is to make my products, the time it takes to make, as well as being able to have sales for you guys too.
I, with your help will be choosing different charities to donate a portion of AustMystik profits to on a regular basis.
