Shipping and Delivery

    3.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly, but it does not guarantee shipping or delivery times. Products are shipped with Australia Post and are subject to standard Australia Post shipping times.

    3.2. The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

    3.3. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

Returns and Refunds

    4.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery, unless the item is a customised product.

    4.2. To initiate a return, you must contact the Company’s customer service and obtain a return authorization. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    4.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 14 days to process. Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Intellectual Property

    5.1. All content on the Website, including text, images, trademarks, logos, and designs, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
